FAQ

How Do I Place An Order?​

1. Click the image of the product you wish to order. 

2. Choose the color and size you like. Once complete, click "ADD TO CART." Continue shopping and do this for as many shirts as you need, until you are ready proceed to checkout. 

3. Continue through checking out by entering your shipping details and verifying your order details. 

4. Credit card payments are securely processed through Paypal. Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the exact billing address that your card company has listed for your account. You do not need a Paypal account of your own in order to use the Paypal payment service.

5. After payment has been processed, please note your order ID for use with any correspondence you may have regarding your order.

 

6. If you are having any problems ordering, CONTACT US and we will be happy to assist you. 

Pre-Orders

We highly recommend pre-ordering new designs when they become available. Why? For starters, those who place a preorder usually get a discount on the price. More importantly, you will be guaranteed the size, color and design you most want. New tees sell out quickly and it can be weeks (or longer) before supplies can be replenished. Your pre-order helps us by giving us accurate numbers when we place an order with our printer. It eliminates the possibility that your size, design and color won't be available and reduces waste. A win for you and a win for us. 

Shirt Care

Wash your tees with cold water on a delicate cycle with a mild detergent. Wash your t-shirts inside-out to preserve the life of the printing. Drip-dry your t-shirts or use a no-heat or a low-heat dryer setting. Expect some shrinkage if you choose to use a heat setting while drying, especially if 100% cotton.

Payment & Shipping

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. Payment online is easy and secure.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of being processed.



Returns & Refunds

Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery will require a reshipping fee. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you promptly and arrange for your order to be reshipped. 

We stand behind all the products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. Please CONTACT US to initiate a return.
